LOUIS TRAINING PHILOSOPHY
While Louis trains primarily according to the principles of the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), he has also developed his very own sophisticated, efficient and intelligent training style. He comprehensively assesses the body’s musculature to determine which muscles need to be stronger or lengthened. Then he works with the client to improve weak points and build a stronger, leaner and more efficient body overall.
Louis includes the most recent scientific research, in addition to years of practical experience, in creating an effective one-on-one fitness experience tailored specifically to the needs of his client. He also pays close attention to the client’s emotional mindset, an area largely ignored by most other trainers.
He regularly attends continuing education programs and keeps current with the latest in health and fitness. Working with other fitness professionals, exercise physiologists, yoga instructors and amateur and pro bodybuilders, Louis allows himself to be both trainer and trainee. This ongoing education helps him be a more effective trainer.
THE LEB TEAM APPROACH
The LOUIS EDWARD BODY (LEB) GROUP is more than a team of certified personal trainers, nutritionists and fitness consultants. It is a young fitness enterprise that focuses on a tri-fold approach to a complete health and fitness transformation. The team includes experts in the fields of exercise and fitness, behavioral therapy and nutrition. By creating a symbiosis among experts, LEB creates positive lasting changes in its clients’ lives. It is this unique collaborative technique that sets LEB apart from its competitors.
LEB first takes into account the client’s mindset as he embarks on a fitness program and considers the behavioral changes needed to ensure consistent improvement. Then, depending on the demands and needs of the training plans and progress, LEB fine-tunes the client’s nutritional program as necessary. As these distinct components act interdependently, the client’s training regimen changes regularly, as so do some components of the dietary program. This approach produces the most comprehensive workout program available, and it provides solid direction and a concrete path to self-empowerment and fitness, to a degree unavailable from other programs.
